Monthly Rentals in Sunshine Canyon

Comfortable, modern, warm and cosy. I stayed here for 5 months and enjoyed it very much. Quiet location despite proximity to CU student accommodation. The only drawback for a long stay is that the kitchen facilities are limited, for example one burner hob and no oven. Location is 15 mins walk to downtown Pearl Street and also to the university. 5 mins walk to the nearest hiking trail!

One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Courtney and Britt are amazing hosts and they really thought of every detail. The home had everything I needed and more, and it was so cozy and cute! The location was also amazing, I really enjoyed being able to walk to the trails and all the shops on Pearl Street. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone coming to Boulder :)

We had the most amazing stay at Merredith’s 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be booking again next time we’re in Boulder! Merredith and her husband are absolutely wonderful and their dog Potato is the BEST. We can’t thank them enough for such a great stay. Wonderfully peaceful, walkable to pearl street, and amazing amenities. You can truly tell how much thought and care Merredith puts into hosting.
