Welcome to enjoy the traditional and atmospheric log cabin in the middle of the beautiful nature of Kuusamo. Go hiking, fishing, picking berries and in winter, weather permitting, you can ski from the lake to Ruka. A magnificent starry sky crowns the evening sky and the sun shining through the night on summer nights. The cottage has basic amenities, but still requires basic cottage skills (e.g. heating the fireplace and beach sauna). Bed linen/towels and final cleaning are not included in the rent. The other side of the cottage is available for rent as additional space. Ask for more information!

An atmospheric and very peaceful cottage in Kuusamo. The cottage is located on a narrow peninsula, on the shore of a sandy and clear-watered lake. The beach is also very suitable for children to swim. Good recreational opportunities in the area, skiing, snowshoeing, winter fishing and snowmobiling in winter (transfer route to the official snowmobile route). Good fishing opportunities, located in the Muojärvi-Kuusamojärvi water area, water connection to the center of Kuusamo and the eastern border.

The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

We have well and diversely equipped kitchen. The house has everything you need for your holiday. The garden is big. Outside there are spacious views to the Porontima Lake, mountains and to the green nature. We have free WIFI. In summer time you can book a hot tub for a different price. Price is 130€ /2 days or 180€/week.
