Our home is a true beachfront property with its own walkway to the beautiful sand. Wake up every morning to the sun streaming in your windows (or don't - close the shades!) and listen to the sounds of the crashing waves. Our home is part of a small community (10 homes) and we share a large common pool. It's perfect for large families that want a space to hang out after a long day on the beach. It's located across the street from the Surfside Fishing Pier and within walking distance to local restaurants & ice cream parlors. There are two large decks with exceptional views of the Ocean and the Surfside Pier. The pool has lounge chairs, an enclosed outside shower, and a barbecue area with a grill, firepit, and picnic table. Beach access is right across the street.
