Our second time staying at Mildred's place, very easy to communicate with her, ideal facilities and location for our needs, supply of toiletries, water, laundry powder /facilities to have a good start to our stay. A very pleasant start and thanks again.

I could not meet the hosts in person but they are very attentive, always available to answer my questions, I really liked the system to enter the apartment since we arrived in the early morning and everything was very easy to access. The apartment is very clean and tidy, it matched all the specifications that they mention, the very nice area with a nice ocean view and a very nice park. Just thanking the hosts, they made our stay comfortable and pleasant thanks to the good care they give to the apartment 💖

Great place to stay, just as described and seen in the pictures. Host is very responsive to any questions you may have and provides everything you could possibly need during your stay in her place. Would definitely recommend to others and hope stay on our next visit.

Our stay at Javier’s place was an absolute dream! The views were truly breathtaking & worth every penny. Each room had a stunning view, & the natural light that poured in during the day was a breath of fresh air in itself. I especially loved sitting out on the balcony, soaking in the sights & sounds of the ocean & the Malecón. We had breakfast and coffee most mornings at the Buenavista Café, which is conveniently located right outside the building. There’s also a CityBike rack just steps away, which made it super easy to enjoy scenic rides up & down the Malecón. Honestly, I’m surprised this isn’t listed as a "Luxe" Airbnb, it certainly felt that way! Javier was quick to respond to any questions, and his warm welcome made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place was spotless, safe, and came with excellent amenities. Even the little things like the shampoo & conditioner were so thoughtfully chosen. This place was top-notch. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else!

Exceptional!!! Since we lived in Barranco for three years, we know that the apartment is in one of the nicest places in Barranco. The living felt authentic and not touristy, for which we are very grateful. You have an incredible panoramic view from the rooftop terrace, even beyond Barranco, that's great. And there are many nice and interesting places nearby, such as museums and restaurants, also pretty shops. Julio is helpful, friendly, flexible and accommodating. His apartment made it possible for us to feel at home in Barranco again!

This is the second time staying in a Juan Daniel apartment, and it's certainly not the last. As a host it is a 10/10, always willing to help and attentive to your well being. The apartment is very small, but has everything you need. It's perfect for someone like me who works remotely, travels alone, and doesn't spend much time in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and very well connected to buses, the Metropolitano, combis and mototaxis. If you want to know life in Lima as it really is, and buy in the market, go on public transport and meet the people who live there, it is the ideal accommodation. I hope to return to the same apartment soon.

Very good attention, reception, location, 100% food you can go out and enter 24/7 in case you go to dinner or some nearby bar, the pool and jacuzzi give a plus to the stay with a good view and the clean sun that cheers the day, close to go to the beach, it has everything in the dpto, large bed, 2 tvs Smart grande, equipped kitchen, refrigerator and Omar always attentive to any questions or queries, I would definitely come back to stay there, recommended. 🙌

We're amazed by the host! In all these times using the platform, it's the first time I've seen someone leave so many clear instructions already in the app. Alejandro left everything ready, all with photo and details for us to enter. It was very easy to find the place and enter. The apartment was very clean and has everything needed for a good stay. The location is perfect, it was great for us to walk around the city. We're very happy!

Daniel appears to have had an issue with the booking of the apartment but wa sable to place me in another airbnb location with better/similar amenities. We enjoyed our stay and everything was above expectations.

We really enjoyd staying in this apartment, nice and safe area. Apartment is beautiful as on pics. We used roof-top swimming pool as well (had to be pre-booked). Kids lived Netflix in their rooms. Somewhat noisy at night due to traffic as Miraflores is a vibrant neighborhood. Many places to eat around. Jonny was very responsive with any of our queries.

Everything was excellent. Downtown location, cleanliness, everything is as described and pictured, and very good communication with the host.

Hey, I can't say enough, I booked the apartment on the Airbnb platform for the first time, the result is that the water leak needs to be compensated, the mood at the end of 2024 is not very good, I'm not in the mood to play in Peru, come back early.

Gerardo was a very communicative host and did everything to accommodate my requests and needs. The apartment was located in a nice place overlooking the athletics track and surrounding area.

Good accommodation, clean tidy and spacious, we were 6 people - I think the apartment is for 5 for the number of beds if the guests are not family - the building is easy to find and very good location, many things to walk to the tourist area. All the amenities in the building and the hosts with very fluid communication.

Karen was very reachable and she answer my questions quick. Her place has a great location on Miraflores. It is close to everything, including a supermarket just in front. The place has security 24/7. Her place is in the 11th floor, with big windows and you do not need AC. There was a nice breeze. Very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Definitely you will enjoy your staying in this nice apartment.

Christian was an AWESOME host, the place is very nice and BIG! Everything you need is nearby like a pharmacy, grocery store etc. I really enjoyed my stay, it was super convenient being here 3 months!
