Chalet holiday rentals in Surselva District

Location right next to the slopes was perfect. We were able to get started directly with the skis or sleds every morning. The equipment in the Gaus was also great for our family with two small children. We enjoyed the week with the best weather and can imagine coming by again!

The house is in a great location for skiing. The equipment and furnishings are of very high quality. The communication with Benjamin was very good and trustworthy. Nearby there is a super fine Thai restaurant (Vanis) which offers a great fresh alternative in the evening for skiing. We will be happy to come back here. Thank you Benjamin!

We were looking for a quiet, remote place away from the hustle and bustle. With the Holzerheim, we found this. The house is technically well equipped and everything works perfectly (hot water, underfloor heating, electricity, stereo, dishwasher, shower, bathtub, fireplace, large storage oven). 50 m next to the house is the restaurant Conn, which offers very appealing and fine dishes. The house actually presents itself better than shown in the photos. The driving permit made it possible to reach the house by car. There is also a Postbus connection to Flims with a stop a few meters in front of the house. It was certainly advantageous that we knew something about fires (fireplace, storage stove). There was enough wood available that could be used. We really enjoyed the stay.

The house is very clean and convenient, very worthwhile to vacation here. We were in the house in winter, it takes some love to heat with wood, but if you like to do it like me, that's no problem. Attention, the washing machine is not available as on the description. We would come back in a moment:-)

Our group of 6 (2 couples) enjoyed a great weekend at Lucia’s place. The chalet is beautiful - tasteful and very comfortable. The village (and house) are reachable by public transport, but because train/bus connections are fairly infrequent, we were happy to have a car - it would have been tricky to rent snowshoes or grab last minute groceries without it. We would love to return, perhaps in the summer to enjoy the outdoor fireplace.

We were very kindly and pleasantly received by the managers and were guided to our stay with explanations about the room. Very nice view and the rooms were super clean that we personally value. The surroundings and views were beautiful and we enjoyed it there in the short time what we were seen and enjoyed a lot. We would like to thank our host. Great place to stay, really GREAT!

The apartment was just as the pictures show. Exceptionally clean, beautiful views, all of the amenities. Our granddaughter loved playing in the baby’s room. The bath water was hot, the dishes and the laundry were sparkling clean. The Trin area is beautiful!. Small, quiet and relaxing. What is not to like about beautiful Switzerland. Hosts were exceptional as well. Communication was open and timely. Wishing you the very best Katie & Edward!

One of those rare places where you instantly feel at home - an intelligently and tastefully designed, built and furnished/equipped house of typical solid Swiss quality. All this makes it a great space to unwind and enjoy location and view...

Beautifully located cottage with all the comforts. Easy and short 5 min walking route to the ski lifts. Kitchen equipped with all necessities. Good pans and nice coffee maker Tobias always responded quickly and kindly. Easy to reach for questions and helped directly. Recommended!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The house was stunning, with breathtaking views and hiking trails meters away. The sauna was such a relaxing treat, perfect after a day of exploring. The location was super convenient, just steps away from the bus stop, making it easy to get around. The hospitality was top-notch, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway with family or friends.

Nino is the perfect host. He renovated this old soul of a chalet, combining its century old wooden architecture with modern elements to a perfect ensemble, the perfect hide-away where nothing is left unwanted. The bath is a spa area with a sauna, the kitchen is perfect for an apero with friends while cooking, and the beds are so cozy that one would barely want to leave. The library just allowed us to forget time when we were not busy with the extensive outdoor activities. We came for hiking and skiing. Nino's home is perfect to venture out for both. We will certainly come back when we need to replenish.

The house is very well equipped, so good you find it very rarely. It was impeccably clean. Communication was direct and pleasant. We have filled up very well and would be happy to come back.
