It has a modern kitchen, including A dishwasher and a balcony. You can reach Lake Laax within a maximum of 5 minutes on foot. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 pull-out sofa in the living room. The flat is for a maximum of 4 people. During your stay, you are welcome to use the indoor swimming pool, which is located in the neighbouring building.
