Singles, couples, friends or small families: come to this cosy place for lots of outdoor activities at your doorstep. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub, a cosy living/ dining/sleeping area, and a balcony with evening sun . Free Wifi. Parking in the village. The area is fantastic for hiking and mountain biking during summer and skiing during winter. It is a very popular place for ski tours and only a few kilometers away from glamorous St. Moritz.

Our homely and fully equipped 4.5 room apartment with 82m2 in the Chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volgs with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families suitable up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250M) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

At 1450 meters of altitude, we have lovingly created a comfortable retreat, always thoughtfully preserving the original charm. Everywhere in the house you will find the original building elements of the former barn from the 19th century, combined with modern elements.

A gem in the middle of Savognin

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This small apartment in the heart of Savognin invites you to discover the Grisons mountains with the Ela Nature Park. Be it on foot, by bike or in winter with skis. In the middle of the village, facing the sun all day, close to public transport, mountain railways and swimming lake. Shopping/bakery and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Parking is a few minutes' walk away. Best for 1-2 persons.

Small but nice, great view

Modern, super nice and practically furnished. From 2 (1 double bed) to 6 people (2x sofa beds - 1 in a mini room and 1 in the living room) we use this vacation apartment as a family of 4 with young children at the time. In the meantime, we have adapted the sleeping arrangements to young adults or adults. The dining table is also extendable. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a washing tower. A modern kitchen and a garage space are included.
