There is an entry exterior door Security Camera for safety. Not suitable for toddlers due to 14 steep stairs. Must be 21.

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

There's a fenced rear yard, making this home a perfect choice for man's best friend. We welcome dogs of any breed, size, and weight. Welcome to the "Basil Cottage" at Good Earth. The cottage is the perfect size for a family, with 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, and 2 single beds) a kitchen, and a living area. You'll be staying on our 10-acre property, 4.7 miles from Bethany Beach. Convenient amenities include an on-site restaurant, market, theater, and ample parking. Our AIRBNB "Village" includes 2 tiny houses, a lofted apartment, two cottages, a "glamper", and 4 tent sites. Staying at Good Earth is more than just a beach trip.

The entire home is on a private lot (not a neighborhood) lined with 🌲 leading up to the house with a fenced in yard (perfect for your furry family members).

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.
