Near two restaurants with very tasty seafood specialties, as well as a shop with daily necessities, post office and tourist board Zman. City beach with a nice entrance to the sea. Žman is located in the bay called Žmančica, surrounded by hills Gračine , Veliki Slotnjak and Mali Slotnjak. Perlini is located in a residential area of the city, 5 min away from the old town and 3 min from the city beach Kolovare. Self check-in if you want. The building is one of the few that remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies an important place in the history of the city of Zadar. In 1901, the building was built by Italian police inspector Perlini. The building is an old lady, but the apartment is new and modern.
