Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sutomišćica

Well equiped apartment with a nice view on the bay, hiking trails around and lots to do in beautiful Croatia. Our hosts were very friendly and helped us settling. Calm neighbourhood and just what we were looking for.

Blissful location on a quiet island (with bridge, so easily accessible), we have had a lot of sunny rest here and have a lot of snorkeling in a bay a few kms away (a swimming and sup vacation at the end of October). The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities and is also 30 meters steps from the sea. Dragica is attentive and friendly.

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Neatly finished and complete house. Equipped with all the comforts such as a washing machine, dishwasher and extensive kitchen equipment. The house has a terrace (no garden) and private driveway for parking your car. There is direct contact with the neighbors who walk and drive along the terrace. This is not inconvenient but good to know. Within walking distance of a beautiful and well-kept (pebble)beach on the road, with nice terrace and bar La Bocca. Supermarket around the corner has limited assortment. The center of Sukosan is 5 minutes to drive and 30 minutes to walk. From Biograd and Zadar, the islands can be reached easily by regular ferry.

Everything excellent. We have been 3. rd year at Josip place a we have felt like home. Must say big thank you for best warm fritule I have ever eat that welcomed us :-)

Martin's place was really super nice. The location is great if you want to switch off for a while and still want to do something from time to time, such as the national park or a boat trip in Zadar. Martin is a very friendly and helpful host who warmly welcomes you with drinks and food. Highly recommended!

It is a wonderful place to relax. We can can only recommend this location. It's perfect locacated and a dream if you wish calm and relaxing holidays. I think in the future it's a a diamond for having a good time at the seaside and as I said, everything perfect. We like such places....

Lovely appartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the sea and in walking distance from the old town. Dario was quick and friendly. Great host and great accommodation!

The place was perfect. Parking available right in front of the building, Joanna and Ana responded immediately when needed. Check in super simple. Very clean and spacious apartment in a great location.

We stayed in Zlata's apartment for 2 nights. We actually arrived too early, but were very kindly received by her. She took extensive time to show the apartment and gave us a lot of tips and information about the area. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We recommend this apartment!

We had a very pleasant 5 nights stay, the appartement is located in a quiet residential area with lot of stores around. Full kitchen, nice modern bathroom, very clean and comfy rooms. Building is very easy to access. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the local bus or Uber made it really easy to go on other cities nearby, or you can take a nice walk right to the beach! Mirjana and her family are very warm persons, wou will be welcomed with homemade cookies, products in the fridge and fruits from the garden. Sometimes when you come back home you will find some sweets in front of your door! We recommend this experience with a well deserved 5 stars 🌟

Josip was very kind and welcomed us even before the check-in indicated on the App. The apartment was big, had a nice living room. The kitchen had everything you might need! The balcony had enough space for 3 - 4 people to sit and even some clothes to be laid out! We got some restaurant and beaches suggestions and the options were really worth it! Not so close to the centre, but a few minutes away by car from it. Definitely recommended if you hop in Zadar!

We loved our stay here! The view off the balcony was amazing! The hosts were super fast in responding and always kind and friendly. The apartment was as pictured. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the water and right there is a little restaurant, grocery store, and the bus stop. Highly recommend!

Ana was a superb host. She gave a great list of recommendations and was very responsive. We were given a lovely welcome basket on arrival. The villa itself was excellent and well equipped. Perfect for our party of 8 - plenty of space and never felt overcrowded. The only downside was the construction happening in front of the villa which slightly ruined the view from the balcony and made some noise during the day. Despite this, it was a very private and relaxing villa ground which is perfect for a week away on holiday. Just 15 mins from Zadar by car meaning the city is easily accessible but the location of the villa allows you to escape the business to relax

We had a wonderful week at the place! The equipment is top, you have everything you need for a nice vacation. The heated pool was great. The house is modern and we immediately felt comfortable!

Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. Marko was the best host - always communicating, checking that everything is fine, giving local advice. Kali is a very nice place and we had a great holiday - we hope to be back. Thank you

We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very happy vacation!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Had a great stay there!

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

We had a great time! Beautiful surroundings. From the house and from the terraces you have beautiful views. Totally with the amazing sunset that Croatia has to offer. Dino is incredibly friendly and hospitable. Easily accessible and responds quickly. The pool and summer kitchen were the highlights. For us, it was not completely clear that there was a sofa bed in the living room (there are five of us). However, this was not a problem, but it did switch. The surroundings are great! Everything within good travel distance and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk with super sweet ladies who do their best to help you despite the language barrier. Absolutely recommended!
