The accommodation was great, with a wonderful view and a great location. Beach, shops and promenade, all just a few minutes from the room. I recommend the accommodation. The only minus was the evening noise from the disco club on the beach, but neither the owner nor the accommodation is responsible for that.

Very clean accommodation, faithful to the photos and stunning views of the mountains. Host always available, accommodating and responsive by message. Be careful having a car is highly recommended because it is very difficult to reach on foot or thanks to public transport, and necessary to get around. The downside is the “jacuzzi” which is a tub with jets that you don't feel. Regarding the pool it is clean, has a great view of the setting sun and the valley but is not heated

Wow, what a showplace. This top floor penthouse is very glamorous, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 6 (3 couples) each had spacious bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Only one bath was en suite, but the others were convenient to the bedrooms. The place was spotless and well stocked. The upstairs had another sitting room, bedroom and bath, and a huge deck with fabulous hot tub. The views from this level were even better. The place is walking distance to Kotor’s old town, but a bit of an incline coming back. We saw lots of taxis for a convenient ride back. Take extra time to navigate to the place upon arrival. Apple Maps couldn’t quite get us there, so we stopped for help. There is a dedicated parking spot. Daca was there to happily greet us, even though we arrived late. She explained everything perfectly and was very responsive when we reached out another time. I would definitely recommend this lux penthouse!

The room is very clean, quiet, and in a great location. The beach is within a 10 minute walk. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, and I definitely recommend them! We felt very relaxed and comfortable here

We are extremely grateful to our dear hosts for the time, spent in their cozy, unique and very comfortable house. It’s a happy place, with a lot of personal interior details, lovely atmosphere and at the same time with everything, that people need for comfort and we-are-at-home feeling. AC in every room was saving us from extreme day heat in July. The village is small, peaceful and lively, there are a lot of restaurants around, very clean small beaches in 2-5 min walking distance with not many people (mainly locals and a few tourists), small supermarket right next door (enough for some simple everyday food). It’s picturesque place, relatively quiet even while the high season. Parking for a van/camper can be sometimes a bit tricky because streets are rather narrow and local drivers are very adventurous, but we always could find a parking slot with not a lot of effort. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and the tiny but beautiful museum, situated by local church of St. Nikola. Thank you!

We had a great stay at a perfect walkable location to town! For our one night stay it was perfect! Aleksandra and Ivanka were always reachable within minutes! They even organized a parking spot for our big car. Thanks!

The apartment is very centrally located. Kotor, restaurants and supermarket, everything is in walking distance and yet the apartment is very quiet. To the promenade you go over the garden a few stairs down - only the mosquitoes were a bit annoying here. The apartment is extremely clean and very well equipped. If you are going to Kotor, stay here!! The host couldn't be better. She is so helpful and kind. We have traveled extensively and stayed in many air bnbs. This is our favorite (by far.) We originally booked for one month, but we loved it so much, we decided to extend for another month. From the stunning views to the heated floors...this place really is special. Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars :)

Overall a 5 star stay!! Perfect location, amenities are all there for a homely feel. The upstairs balcony is serene, fantastic roof top view and a lovely sun trap. Not to forget the lovely visitors (cats). We felt perfectly at home, the host is very responsive and allowed us to check in earlier.

It is very spacious and clean. Very close to the bus station. It’s quite far from Budva Old Town, but it’s totally fine with me because I preferred privacy. The fridge door is broken but I didn’t mind because it still works but hopefully it gets fixed for the next customer! :) Highly recommended if you want a quiet place! :)
