This place is great! Super cozy and clean. Has everything you need and more!

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

A really great place! The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and with a private entrance, which guarantees full freedom and privacy. Everything is exactly as in the photos – maybe even better! The owner, Francesco, is very kind, helpful and very communicative – it was a real pleasure to get away with him. A great plus are also the Italian breakfasts included in the price, served in a very cozy and authentic typical bar. Highly recommended!

Very good location to visit medieval villages, access Lake Bolsena, thermal baths and the center of Viterbo is 5 min away by car. It is also convenient to go to Rome and to Ostia Antica. The accommodation is very pleasant, spacious, very clean, air-conditioned and the private terrace is well exposed and of good size. We particularly appreciated the attention of our host who wears delicious homemade pastries every morning. Also, when we arrived the fridge had been filled with drinks and we received a warm welcome. We highly recommend, very pleasant experience!

This was the cutest apartment with a stunning & large outdoor patio. Patrizja left us coffee, milk, tea, sugar & pastries so that we were able to sit outside & enjoy our coffee on her stunning patio when we woke up. My only complaint was the smell of potpourri was overwhelming. Such a cute town & great apartment- we highly recommend.

I chose Villa Venere for its size and pricing. It turned out to be a lovely, sprawling home with warmth and comfort. Navigating amenities was a challenge but the host was helpful and responsive. I knew it was locates outside downton Rome but I was surprised to find it in a relatively isolated part of Rome's suburb. By that I mean, it was a significant distance to regular commercial activities. For it's price, it was a good deal but would ask anyone I recommend it to prepare to rent a car or at least have detailed bus maps.

Simone is adorable and with care, she brings breakfast every morning, the fridge is almost full upon arrival. The accommodation itself is charming, peaceful and quiet, you can eat outdoors, the shower is modern and the kitchen is relatively well-equipped. The car in its place is safe. The neighborhood is surrounded by adorable little dogs happy to walk with us. we had a great time!

The apartment is about 15 min from the Vatican, close to good restaurants, pastries, ice cream parlors, convenience stores and the Mercato Trionfale (lots of good things to take😋). On the transport side, there are several bus lines nearby serving different corners of the city. The apartment is quiet, clean and well-equipped. Host note Serena was welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. Thanks to Alex for having us. In short, a great experience and we highly recommend it!

very clean apartment and as described. Giuliana "pampered" me with small details that make a difference (dishwashing kit, slippers, toothbrush/toothpaste, shampoo showers, and more options for tasting sweets, savory, and herbal teas/coffee. I felt less alone and at home! Thanks Giuliana, I will definitely be back. Only flaw...little water from the taps, but maybe they were working on the line? Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, the location, the apartment according to what the listing described. Alessandro super host, always attentive to all the details, very easy to communicate with and very friendly to get us transportation back and forth to the airport.

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Edoardo always was a great host! The location was perfect to walk to all the main interest places!

Wow where do I even begin. Our trip to Rome certainly would not have been half as good if we had chosen anywhere else to stay. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly be need. The location is in a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of local delicacies and things to do. The reception of Paola and her daughter was what the real highlight of the trip. From before we had even landed in Rome, they went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after including arranging for us to be picked up from the airport in a limousine. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the both of them stocking up the apartment. The pair had stocked up the house with goodies and essentials we could need for the duration of our stay. Despite the circumstances, Paola ensured we were looked after including giving us advice on what we need to see and do whilst in Rome. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for everything and we cannot wait to come again!!

This comfortable, spacious, light-filled, and atmospheric apartment is supplied with anything one might need. It's in a perfect central location, walking distance from many sights. Yet, it feels tucked away from crowds, with a variety of excellent food options right outside the door. Fabio is charming and helpful.

Me and my family of 10 rented this place for about a week and had a nice time. The neighborhood was wonderful to stay in and there was so much to do. We could walk everywhere! Emmanuel was there to greet us each morning with breakfast and was very kind to work with. I’d stay here again but I would make note that if you rent the entire place there isn’t a common area to spend time together :)

The attention was expected, valeria and Claudio are very attentive and kind , the communication was fast and they helped us in everything , everything impeccable room and bathroom, they welcomed us with things to eat and take, the bathroom is outside the room, but it is private, I would definitely recommend them and return with them a next visit

Silvia is a fantastic host, who offered support and tips proactively. We really enjoyed the place, very close to Colosseum.

Thea was a lovely host. She was very attentive, quick to help and let us leave our bags at a very early hour. The room is as advertiste. The apartament is locales only minutes away from the Vatican, excellent location with easy access to the rest of the City. Would highly recommend.

Francesca place was as described, it was incredibly central about a 20 minute walk to the coliseum and a 5 min walk to train and metro stops. the hosts weee both very helpful and always on hand if there was ever an issue. We could also store our luggage there which was good x

Luca&Marilla are charming and considerate hosts. Their place is clean and spacious and close to a metro station that gives very quick access to the city center.

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Vatican and next to the Ottaviano station, which made our trips to Rome much easier. The room is spacious, modern and very functional, providing plenty of comfort. Breakfast was a great differentiator, making our experience even more enjoyable. In addition, Francesca was extremely attentive, providing all the necessary information clearly and ensuring a smooth check-in. The access to the apartment was easy and well explained, which made all the difference. I highly recommend this place to those looking for comfort, practicality and great hospitality in Rome!

Everything was perfect and as expected after reading the reviews. The transfer is very nice and really close to the hustle and bustle of Trastevere, which I love! The 10-minute walk between the two places was for me a highlight with the view and all the nature around! The breakfast with Laura's Beautiful Eggs with classical music in the background was perfect. I saw a piano, unfortunately I didn't see anyone playing:)
