The size is 339 ㎡. We renovated the building that was originally a pension to rent the entire house. The living room and dining room are at least 25 tatami mats! You can lie on the sofa or on the carpet. There are two hammocks! There is a barbecue area in the courtyard (available from April to November).It has a roof (open and closed), so you can rest easy on rainy days! There is also a Finnish sauna on the 1st floor! Complete with a water bath and a reclining chair! 4 hot water heaters and toilets have been replaced with new ones! The wallpaper in the common areas has also been replaced! Also, this building is handicap accessible.There are no steps on the 1st floor except for one room from the entrance. The TV is 2 inch 65 inches. You can also enjoy a fire in the fireplace. There are 11 rooms in total. 31 beds in all rooms. There is a large public bath! In addition to a barbecue grill, we provide six gas hob cartridges so that you can enjoy barbecues and hot pots during your meal.
