We had an incredible stay during scallop season. The location was perfect. Just a short ride to the gulf. The house was clean spacious and had all the amenities we needed for comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back next scallops season! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

Mark was an amazing host and I would recommend anyone to stay here. He makes you feel right at home and is a very friendly and accommodating host! One of my best stays in Florida by far!

Wow! This is the best place we’ve stayed! Terri has thought of everything; there are thoughtful extra touches throughout the condo. We were welcomed with wine and snacks, and dog biscuits for our dog. The kitchen is well stocked so I was able to cook and bake while we were there. The neighborhood was quiet and a good place to walk our dog. We enjoyed using the colorful dishes for our meals, and occasionally sitting in the backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Highly recommended.

The place was awesome, very clean, morning coffee with sunrise over water. The bed could use a pillow top, it was pretty hard. Nice easy walk to town, very peaceful, nice people, we enjoyed the town. The only complaint was pool was shut down will we were there and hot tub was still broken from last storm, hoping for a some sort of refund. We will probably try staying again in a couple years when fix town up from the hurricanes.

We have stayed at this beautiful condo twice now for an annual music festival and it has been perfect for us both times! The place was very clean and cozy - we slept incredibly well in the most comfortable beds! The downtown concert venues were just a few blocks away, and when we needed to recharge for a moment we could easily come back for a break. David was very thoughtful, kind and responsive. We hope to be able to stay here again the next time we are in town!

Margaret's place it great. I had to bring my dog for consultation at the University of Florida Small Animal Hospital and Margaret's place is literally 2 blocks away so it was perfect for me! The university is right around the corner and very convenient for everything on Archer. The complex is very quiet and easy to get to. The parking is right outside the door and check-in was a breeze. Will definitely stay again if it's available.

We used the condo as a base for visiting family and grandchildren nearby. Location is close to several good restaurants, a large Saturday morning farmer's market. First floor in a three story building made unloading and repacking the car easy. Colleen went the extra mile in locating an ironing board and iron to enable some quilting projects while we were staying there. When there was a minor electrical issue with one of the bedroom wall outlets a professional electrician showed up the next day and fixed the problem. We plan to return next year.

The host made the experience pleasant and happy we stayed at the house.

Great condo and location. Best stay we’ve experienced in Haile Village. Small problem with air conditioning upon check-in; contacted Jessica and fixed immediately. Thanks so much for the stay-would rent again while visiting Gainesville.

Good value for a place in walking distance to campus (and just a block from the hospital). The building is obviously older but lots of updates and new finishes throughout make it quite comfortable. Some road noise at night which did not bother me, but if you are the type that needs absolute silence to sleep than consider someplace else. Overall a great place if you want to be close to UF!

Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the accommodations very much. I especially liked that the overall size of the building was smaller with our unit providing everything we needed. The only thing we can say negative was how thin the walls between units are and we could hear everything going on in the units beside us.

Great location near Gainesville with lots of shopping/gas/food nearby. Place is clean, organized, equipped, and quiet.

This is a hidden gem in Gainesville. I love the Haile Village community and truly enjoyed spending time on the balcony. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is spacious with minimalist modern decor. The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony off the bedroom allowed us to enjoy the outside sounds while having coffee in bed. We will certainly be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jeremy's house. Not only did everything we expected to find work, there were more bits and pieces than we had expected. The pool and games room were easy to get into and there were special towels set out for pool use, and pool cues for the games room. The estate is well kept and we had one day of grass cutting, leaf blowing and routine maintenance while we were there. We didn't hire a car, but Uber found us every time we sent for one. Altogether very good.

My husband and I had plenty of space for the two of us. The location was close to many sights in and around Gainesville! Easy check in/out. Enjoyed having laundry on-site. We would highly recommend this place to couples! Many amenities included! We definitely would rent again.

The house was great! The beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were spotless clean and the house was very big! We usually stayed in the rooms so can’t tell you much of the downstairs floor or green area but it was also very clean and neat. There’s two parking spaces available, which is very convenient if you are traveling with a group and the access to the house was very easy. Rei was an excellent host and was constantly communicating before, during and after the stay, so that is a huge plus!

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

My family and I came from Vancouver, Canada to take part in the World Masters Athletics Competition in Gainesville. Absolutely perfect stay for a family of 4: individual bedrooms each with their own washroom, plus a common area we could all eat and hang out in. The hosts were extremely responsive and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place for families and/or groups. Thank you again

this place was a great place to stay. it was rather private. there were other apartments surrounding it but you couldn't really tell others were there. it was pretty peaceful. there was a lil sitting area out back with a table and chairs. it was a nice quiet place to just relax and hangout. the main road was just beyond the trees but it wasn't loud enough to be a bother. the beds were super comfortable and made for a very peaceful night of sleep. there were plenty of towels and pillows. all in all we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if need be

Silvana was a great host and was there for everything when needed. If you stay in the area I would stay at her place if you can.
