Amanda was super cordial, proactive and helpful in the contacts we need to make with her. In the apartment, we feel very comfortable - like at home. We didn't lack anything. The building structure is also great! As we were with 2 small children (2 and 4 years old), the wives felt that the apartment was a bit far from the beach, due to the amount of things we had to take, but every day we went and went back on foot (after all, it gives practically 3 blocks at the most, nothing that justifies taking the car. The location of module 6 is great, as it is close to the Mall and the main avenue.

Everything was excellent! Quick check-in, very polite and friendly host, responded to everything quickly. Excellent location, one block from 2 malls, Jardim Sul and Morumbi Town. Shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants, bakeries, all next to the apartment. Easy access to other neighborhoods, Burle Marx Park, Morumbi Park, Morumbi Stadium, all close to the apartment. Clean, impeccable location, air-conditioning, everything perfect! Highly recommended!

The Marijose apt is complete and super cared for me and my family. So much so that it was not necessary to contact there. Great space and location, quiet mto beach and family atmosphere.

Super well-equipped and cozy house, very true to the photos. It's close to the beach, but the leisure area is great too. Safe place with accessibility, I went with my mother in a wheelchair and she can move around the whole house well. Larissa was very kind and flexible about check-out. We intend to return more often.

Our stay at Janine's was wonderful. The house is large, well airy, with full kitchen, and arrangement of ideal rooms for families. We love that even sun umbrellas and beach chairs were available for use. In an isolated case we need to consult Janine, the answer was in a few minutes. Janine also has a support network if necessary. All of this is provided after the final confirmation of the reservation, very well detailed. I recommend and plan our return!

Casa Linda, clean, well equipped and with everything working perfectly.. Guilherme was very helpful in everything I needed! The condominium is excellent, beautiful, with many leisure options, blocks, restaurant.. there was no time to enjoy everything! The only addendum that I did not read anywhere, is that to go to the beach, you have to leave the condominium (module 2) and enter module 3 that is on the other side of the avenue, but nothing that gets in the way! This beach is also next to Riviera, so it's easy to get there! We had great days!

The house is very wide , airy , all very clean and cozy. We are very well installed. Over the pool area, it's a very nice spot. The neighbors are very friendly and all very polite. I really enjoyed it.

In the apartment it has a dryer and washing machine, which helped us a lot because it is not necessary to take many pieces (only the ones on the beach). The apartment is at a point close to a mini mall and well-known supermarkets. The price of the products does not change much in relation to my city, so we went with few things. We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. We love the apto, the condo and the beach! The apt is exactly the same as in the pictures, I would say even better… because I found it bigger in person! The fact that the condominium has the ice machine and the umbrella structure and chairs on the tbm beach makes the tour even more complete, as we don't need to worry about anything at all!!! Just wake up and like! rsrs Daniel is extremely helpful, organized and answers any questions quite quickly! And since the experience was very good, we intend to go back and spend more days!!!

Ana from the first contact, responded promptly to all my doubts and helped me a lot with tips and suggestions, as it was the first time we went to the region, her apartment is the same as the photos, everything available for us to use, bed linen and towels all clean, very well equipped, very close to the beach, and even the place on the beach to stay is very close to the apartment, as the condominium offers chairs and sunshine, which made me comfortable to go and come back from the beach several times throughout the day. For those who like to bustle, have a mall and a space of events nearby, were beemmm hectic, with lots of food and music. I like the tranquility better, but I went there curious. Quiet, clean and safe streets, I felt safe in the area. It was worth the stay in Ana's apartment for a lot. I loved it from start to finish.

It was my first experience on Airbnb and I just thought it was wonderful!! The hostess answered me promptly all the times I needed and the apartment was impeccable, smelling, all clean, everything working perfectly, I liked it very much and for sure when I return to São Paulo it is where I will stay with my family!! Ahh and we were still greeted with cake, chocolate and flowers, how not to be enchanted??
