This newly renovated house is located in between Chubu airport and the Nagoya area. The closest station is Obu station and it only takes seven minutes to get there on foot. You have an an easy access to Nagoya city, IKEA, Nagashima Spa land, LEGO land, and so much more! Also it is approximately 45 minutes away from the Nagoya Centrair Airport if you take the highway. Although you can come by public transportation, it is more convenient to come by car as it is quite a rural area. The hot spring is 5 minutes by car. It takes 20 minutes by car to the castle town of Iga Ueno. 25 minutes to Mokumoku Farm. 30 minutes to Igayaki no Sato. 45 minutes to Suzuka Circuit. 50 minutes to Akame Shijuhachi Falls National Park. 1 hour to Ise Jingu. 1 hour to Horyuji Temple.

We collaborated with award winning architects at Ikken to renovate this space, which now accommodates the comforts of modern life, while retaining many of the original structure and elements from its past.
