The house is at walking distance to Malmö city and Emporia 5 minutes walk to Mobilia shopping center and Swedbank stadium.

Close to both bus stop and grocery store and restaurants. There is access to Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, freezer, simple gym with treadmill and free weights, trampoline and sandbox. The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of four adults. There is room for one car in the driveway.
