Perfect base close to pedestrian street, harbor, restaurants and culture. A charming and relaxing home for both families and couples. Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for the sake of coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is a closed, barbecue, fireplace and old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and a music system (AUX connector for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi. All beds are Hæstens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is unconditionally the nicest with a feeling of "old days".

The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a south-facing terrace and direct access to a public park with playground. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the water where there is a swimming bridge and changing facilities. 5 minutes walk to a small forest. Bus stop 100 m. The basement is rented out permanently with its own entrance, i.e. the washing machine and dryer are shared.

In the living room, there is a sofa bed with room for two. In front of the apartment on the porch, there is the opportunity to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. The apartment is arranged with a kitchen including all amenities. There is a beautiful view of the sea to Long Island from the garden, and the apartment is 750 metres from the coast where there is a small idyllic harbour. The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.
