The new attic studio was completely renovated in 2019 and has its own private terrace with a view of the surroundings and partly of the sea, where it is not obscured by large trees. It is especially pleasant and romantic on the terrace in the evening, when you can see the glittering lights from Opatija, Lovran and other settlements all the way to Rijeka. In the courtyard, under a large oak tree, there is a parking lot for your car, and under the fig and laurel trees, there is a large table with benches where you can prepare a barbecue meal.
