New and modern apartment from 2023, centrally located in Svolvær. 5-10 minutes walk to the center of Svolvær. Sunny terrace with afternoon and evening sun. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 large room with a 150 cm wide bed and a smaller room with a 120 cm wide bed. There is a spacious bathroom with washing machine and dryer, kitchen with dining table with space for 4 and outdoor terrace with 2 chairs and table.
