Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Swan River

Would defiantly recommend this location to anyone who is interested in staying in the Heart of Perth City. Many good food locations around and nightlife was definitely amazing. Mini Mart was right below our apartment which was very convenient as well. Nice view from the balcony as well. Thank you Ujal and Ray for the amazing Airbnb!

I had a wonderful stay at Lena’s place. It was comfortable, peaceful, and exactly what I needed. Lena was attentive and made sure all my questions were answered. I’d definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises :)

Great space for short stay, easy check in and convenient location!

We didn’t realise how close everything was when we booked the place, it made travelling very easy. We didn’t end up using the kitchen at all since we just ate at all the restaraunts that were within a 5-10min walk down Albany Highway. The place was decorated very nicely as well, will definitely be looking for a lamp similar to the one in the living room for our home in Melbourne

Alan was a fantastic host which is why we returned to his property after our roadtrip. He went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and made several suggestions for both roadtrip and when we returned. He also accommodated a request which simplified our departure for which we are genuinely grateful. A highlight recommended accommodation and host!

Great place, well equipped, great host

Beautiful cottage with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Cottage and garden are beautifully presented. Tranquil setting and close to the beach. The ideal beach cottage!

Astrid is a charming woman and we found her place ideal for our post Xmas lunch. The facilities eg swimming pool, pool table etc were very popular. Would definitely come again.

The house was a good size , very comfortable and had a nice outdoor area. There was also plenty of parking

My Family and I really enjoyed Phillip's place. It was massive, and could fit a big family. Highlight was the chickens, Alpaca and sheep. They were super friendly. Also had Starbucks and an IGA down the road which was convenient. The place is very private and peaceful despite being next to Nicholson road.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in Perth. I’d recommended to everyone. We will definitely stay here again.

amazing stay at Shirley and Douglas'! wonderful people and a wonderful home. great communication ahead of our stay to make sure our rooms were properly arranged. the fruit and breakfast basket was wonderful and Shirley and Douglas' made a surprise treat for us halfway through our stay. our kids loved the home and we're so happy to stay in the home with the awesome game options, karaoke room, ping pong table, fooseball table and pinball machine! super comfortable home away from home. a great space for our family of 7. 2 grandparents, 2 children and 3 adults.

Lovely, quiet location in a safe and well presented area. The house is attractive , modern, presented great for entertaining, and ideal for families with young children. Would definitely recommend.
