Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

A secluded, original, charming place to stay and relax for both two and the family. Roe deer and a large number of different bird species are regular guests of the surrounding fields. Beautiful views of the Chojnik Castle and the Karkonosze Mountains. There are rural buildings and farms in the area. Welcome to a year-round cottage with a terrace, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. The garden is large, shared with the hosts. Our cats, dogs and sheep walk slowly and are usually the first to greet guests :) The property is open to a meadow and forest, which runs along a green trail. Undisturbed by city lights, the night sky is full of stars, and the sounds of wild animals can be heard from the surrounding forests.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
