Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sydney

Vicki was a great host - her communication was perfect and she even let us know that we left our car lights on when we had gone out for dinner. The place was clean, view was beautiful and beds were comfy. Nothing negative to mention. Thanks Vicki!

We stayed for a week and loved it. The house is so peaceful and perfect for chilling out. Avoca Beach and Copacabana Beach are close by and have everything you need. The house was spotless and Henk gave thorough instructions and hints when checking in. I loved that there weren’t signs and instructions all through the house like some other airbnbs we have stayed at - it made it feel more like home.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

My stay at this property was nothing short of incredible! The house itself is beautifully designed, immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The highlight without a doubt, was the pool. Crystal clear with pool noodles provided and the outdoor area was spacious with loungers and a BBQ. Inside, the house was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to prepare meals and the living space is comfortable and relaxing. The water pressure in the shower is strong and heats up quickly. The beds are comfortable and the towels provided were huge and fluffy and there was lots of them. The location was fantastic—peaceful, private & close to beaches. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. They had a wonderful welcome pack in the fridge with awesome jams, chocolates and sparkling water. If you're looking for a dream getaway this is the place to be. Thank you Jess and Jonas

Wrenginia is perfect for a couple, or a family, looking to get away and lay low for a few days. My partner and I decided to get away for the first week of January to relax and unwind before another busy year. Wrenginia feels homely. It is warm and cozy, light and breezy, but also quaint and eclectic. We always managed to find a new piece of decor each day, wondering if it had been there the day before. The kitchen made it easy to prepare food which we could eat on the verandah or in the garden. The alpacas were very friendly, although we don’t think Gizmo liked us very much. She was happy when we left some food off to the side while Pico went headfirst into the bucket. The owners were very friendly and helpful in dealing with the animals. Lawson is quiet and the pizza shop on the corner was incredible. Highly recommend Lawson and Wrenginia to all.

Ross's home was simply a delight! Comfortable, quiet (except for the morning Kookaburra wake up laugh!) ... a small walk down the side stairs onto a beautiful quiet beach with a great pub/cafe/restaurant to deliver all you need for a relaxing weekend away. Ross is an excellent host who went beyond and made sure we were able to recover personal items that we mistakenly left behind. 5 star location matched by a very hospitable host. Thank you Ross.

Gorgeous home. Loved the fireplace with real wood but there wasn't enough kindle left for us, so we bought some ourselves. Would be lovely to have the gas fireplace working too. Apart from those everything was as described. The beds are very small for tall people, doubles, would be great to have at least queens. Our feet were hanging off the bed :) Loved that the home is per friendly.

We had a lovely stay at Joanne’s place. The house is very well located and only a block away from the beach and a short walk to the Manly Wharf. The place is lovely and had everything we needed. It is also a child friendly house and even had some games for the children to play! The highlight for us was the outdoors space with outdoors shower, space for the children to play and a sundeck chair to relax after a busy day out! We recommend her place and would return!

Chris's place was so amazing it made me want to move in! The apartment is very clean, spacious, equipped with everything you could need and the comfiest sofa and bed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is peaceful onlooking to a garden with the birds sounds making you feel nestled in nature. Bus stop nearby, quick walk to the beach and the spit to manly walk which was perfect! Chris as a host was so friendly and helpful I can't thank him enough and his welcome guide was perfectly written...he's correct, the Sandy Bar Cafe's coffee is great! This Airbnb is so good that I've already booked to return, so I highly recommend. Thanks again Chris!

We had a wonderful stay! Overlooking Pittwater through the trees, the studio is serene and beautiful. We loved all the nice touches like the huge bath, air con, cheese and biscuits provided and new appliances. The studio was immaculately clean and styled, and everything had clearly been thought through so well. We could typically park out the front. The steps / boardwalk are shared with the house below, but the studio still feels very private. You can walk down to Whale Beach but the hill back is very steep (like everywhere in the area) so we ended up driving more often. This Airbnb is also close to Jonah’s. Rebecca was also a responsive and helpful host. Would recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Petrit is the best Airbnb host I’ve had since using Airbnb. He’s very attentive and personable. Petrit makes your stay feel right at home with many recommendations given, as well as offering gift cards to small businesses within the area. The airbnb listing is in the perfect location being that you’re within walking distance to one of Sydney’s main attractions, Bondi Beach. Also, to note Petrit’s home is located within a 16-20 minute walking radius to the nearest shopping center and metro station that takes you around Sydney. If you’re planning to take holiday in Sydney I definitely would recommend this Airbnb. It’s truly of the best listings Sydney has to offer. You & your friends or family members won’t be disappointed!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elise's apartment. Thought parking might have been an issue with a major event in the area, but managed to get a park right in front of the apartment and didn't have to move it until we checked out. Suited our needs for the stay and perfect location. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a holiday in the Manly area.

We loved everything in this beautiful apartment! It had everything we needed to make it a perfect stay in Sydney. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The neighborhood was great, everything was close by, in a walkable distance. The backyard with swimming pool was a great place to relax after spending the day in town.

Hotelesque provides exceptional properties that are meticulously maintained and is a wonderful host to plan your trip through. I stayed in 2 hotelesque properties during my stay in Sydney and both were absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend anyone looking for properties in Sydney to focus on hotelesque properties.

It was such a pleasure to stay at Bryan’s villa, we get to enjoy the sunbath each day at the private beach, the water is extremely clear and beautiful. Water taxi just one call away very convenient if we need groceries. The villa is clean with all basic supplies we needed. We had an amazing chillax stay to cleanse our year end stress. Bryan is very responsive and had kindly provided very detailed information to help our check in and stay much smoother, a lot less stressful!

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

Great property in ideal location - plenty of undercover entertaining space and exceptionally well appointed throughout. Jacuzzi and fireplace complement outdoor entertaining options. Excellent host (Carla) was responsive, helpful and added to the experience. Would highly recommend.

Carla’s house was beautiful! The landscape was stunning and the house itself is gorgeous while being homey and comfortable. The beds were SO comfy!! Everyone raved about the great sleeps they had. The kitchen had everything you needed. Great stay and would come back again

We have a lovely, peaceful and relaxing few nights at Dadirri Retreat celebrating a special family birthday. The house was very impressive with amazing views, great facilities and was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for three adult couples as each couple had their own bedroom space and bathroom. The house is a short drive to Kurrajong which has a supermarket, bottle shop, a few nice restaurants and cafes and a good takeaway pizza place. Simon was very friendly and available to answer questions and make our stay a great one. Would love to return one day!
