In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Independent entry day or night, for 1 or 5, to work, see friends, recharge your batteries, get away! Complete equipment = light travel. We provide sheets, linen, some coffee pods, tea bags, shower gel, shampoo... Equipment: air conditioning, microwave, fridge/freezer, removable hob, airfryer, Tassimo, kettle, toaster... The blue room: 1 bed of 180 or 2 beds of 90 / The yellow room 1 bed of 140 and 1 bed of 90. Other cottages on the estate 😉

Country house

Typical Norman house recently renovated, large walled garden with terrace for outdoor meals (farm produce for sale 200m away). Reversible air conditioning on the ground floor, double glazing on all windows. Options (depending on dates and with supplement) : tennis and swimming pool of our neighboring house. Pets accepted (on request). For a weekend or vacation, come and escape to a privileged place in the countryside (1h30 from Paris).

Parfaite pour vous ressourcer, cette maisonnette de 50 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée à partir de matériaux écologiques : plancher en bois, isolation en laine de chanvre, peintures bio, assainissement en phyto-épuration, chauffage à fluide caloporteur végétal, poêle à bois, baignoire en bois...

Passionnés par le Japon nous avons eu un coup de cœur sur les maisons japonaises , nous avons décidé de construite un gite atypique. Dans un cadre zen pouvant accueillir 4 personnes avec piscine chauffée au sel marin située à 100 m dans le parc arboré ( ouverte du 1 er mai au 1er octobre)
