There is free municipal parking available at the front. Easy access without steps – a rarity for the Cyclades – and close to all the town's must-see attractions, whether on foot or using the FREE minibus that stops right outside the property!

In 5 minutes you can visit the Industrial and the Hermoupolis Textile Museum. Around are also supermarkets, pharmacy, hospital, gym, bakery . It's ideal for remote workers as it is spacious with all the amenities and the equipment for every day life. Fast and free wifi ,a wonderful terrace for relax as also for work.

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.
