Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Syros - Ermoupoli Municipality

We spent 16 days at this lovely house - hosted by the warm and friendly Froso and her sweet husband. The house is great - solid, good quality and beautifully situated on top of the mountain with spectacular views of the ocean - and especially of the magical sunsets. We loved the "Kiosk" = out door Kitchen, but due to strong winds we could only use it some of the time. The indoor kitchen is also super nice with a great terrace with a dining table in front of the indoor kitchen. There is a super nice downstairs bedroom with aircon and a big bathroom. The upstairs bedroom doesn't have aircon and there is no door to close to into the bedroom though. Froso and her husband live in a different part of the house, which turned out to be a big plus: We felt like we had a couple of warm, loving and caring grand parents taking care of us - helping us with all our needs during our visit. We can absolutely recommend this house and these two lovely hosts to anyone wanting to visit lovely Tinos.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and had all the amenities I needed. The host was very friendly and reached out with helpful information even before I arrived, which made everything super smooth. The location was amazing with a spectacular view, and it was easily accessible by car. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic stay!

Just 10 minutes walk from the center of Ermoupolis, a beautifully decorated, recently renovated house with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed/2 single beds), air conditioning in all areas, ergonomic kitchen, comfortable toilet (shower the whole bathroom) and kosi courtyard. As other guest have mentioned, photos don't do this place justice. The place is SO cool, quirky.. interseting, everything! We were 6 people with 1 baby and it was plenty of space for us - one shared bathroom and one en suite. The cielings are so high, the art work is bonkers and so fun. GREAT! location for a morning swim in (6 min walk, tops!) and same distance to town. Tall narrow stairs maybe tricky for someone with limited walking abilities but otherwise its a perfect house! The rooftop views and sweet little terrace (x2) are so special. 1000% reccomend.

It was my 4th or 5th time on Syros, and it was the perfect accommodation. Great location, cosy atmosphere, etc.

We have stayed at Takis's house twice now and can only recommend it highly. It is a very comfortable, clean and well kept house with lots of space inside and out.The location is fantastic with breathtaking views - our favourite spot on the island! Takis is very friendly and helpful, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Hopefully we will be back. Thank you again Takis

Tinos is a hidden gem and the house is well positioned between Tinos Town and Pyrgos just up the hill from a lovely local beach enjoying great views over the Aegean sunsets. It is one of a small group of apartments with their own terraces a shared pool. The house is well furnished and very comfortable. We were welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay with any issues quickly resolved. Lovely house on a lovely island. Highly recommended.

Graciela was a great host. She cleaned the pool every morning, which was perfect for our kids, and gave us lots of tips for things to do on Syros. The house had everything we needed and we fehlt very comfortable. We'd love to come back!

We had a fantastic five days at Aqua Blu. We were lucky that we had the entire place (4 cottages/apartments plus pool) to ourselves. It’s well equipped, very quiet, great if small pool and literally 5 mins for the best beach (and beach bar) on the island. There is also a cheap good quality Taverna onsite, and boats for hire at the end of the drive. We reckon it’s the best location on the island!

We were attracted by the old charm of this beautiful house and it's mature gardens when we found the listing but nothing had prepared us for the deeply moving experience of inhabiting this work of art. It was a feast for the senses and we hardly wanted to leave the property to explore the island durring our 10 day stay. It is an artists' house best enjoyed by other artists and all those who cannot live without beauty and can see past the odd inconvenience of a preloved space.

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful typical, comfortable, large house with plenty of outdoor spaces and very well designed for several families. The view is incredible from everywhere, very nice pool in a beautiful and quiet environment while being only 10 minutes from the pretty Kivi station with beaches and restaurants, supermarket. Essential car Dimitri on site is full of good advice and very responsive if needed. Hoping to get back to Syros and Dani soon.

We had a fabulous week's stay with family and our little fluffy pup. Dimitra (the host) was super friendly, went above and beyond to recommend the best places, helped us book a boat and wine tour locally, always responsive, attentive, very polite and just amazingly hospitable. She even sourced some local wines for us on arrival on request, and we were met with a beautiful basket of local delicacies. We felt right at home. The property is modern and minimalistic, small but intimate and cute, with amazing sunset views and sits right above the best beach/bay on the island, a 2-min. walk away. The property and pool was cleaned every morning, the staff were super polite, you never felt intruded or interrupted. The only small downside I found was there were no en-suite bathrooms, which was not a major issue other than we were sharing with parents. Also don't trust the GPS here, it takes you via off-roads, ask for directions. Will definitely be returning. Thanks Dimitra! for a great week!

The house is amazing just like in the photos! Very relaxing, beautiful and with amazing views. The sunset is FAB! It’s in a very quiet place just a bit outside of Chora which is easily approachable by car that’s essential in the island anyway. Our only recommendation would be to improve the path/road towards the house as its a bit rough for a small car especially. It would be also nice to have some lights too as at night it’s pretty dark. Rather than that our experience was great and we would definitely come back and recommend it. Thank you so much for everything Christopher :)

We stayed at Anassa for 6 nights at the end of August 2021 - the property is beautiful and perfectly located for exploring Galissas and the surrounding areas. Sofia and Vass are amazing hosts and made us feel like family. They think of everything and we did not want to leave. Thank you both so much for such a lovely week! If you're thinking of staying on Syros then definitely stay here.

The house is located in a beautiful peaceful spot with the most amazing views. We spent countless hours on the terrace, surrounded by bougainvilleas and the views of the Aegean Sea. We swam in the secluded cove which is walking distance from the house. Giorgos is a very responsive host and answered any queries we had during our stay. The design of the house, being split into the main house and two annexes, suited our needs as we traveled with our adult children. Hermoupolis, the capital of the island, is 25 minutes away by car. It has not been spoiled by tourism and retains an old fashioned grandeur with its neoclassical architecture. We will definitely visit again.

Apartment was very nice and clean, it is located in vicinity of port and other shops, bars and restaurants. Host was very kind and helpful, we were allowed to leave luggage for the entire last day before leaving the island. Would stay here again if I’ll visit Syros.

We had the best time in Syros also thanks to the host and the house we were in. The place is beautiful and you have an amazing view of Syros. Also the outside place is stunning. Carol has been the best host, she has told us so many tips about the island and has been available to bring us to the flat and pick us up when we had to leave. We would def recommend this place to anyone who would like a peaceful stay in her lovely place. Grazie Carol!

Very peaceful area, spring smells and pure mountain air, very quiet and romantic vibe. 15min drive from the center in the mountains. Very clean and authentic vibe that changes. Marios was very nice and welcoming, very good contact. He helped us rent a car with very friendly and helpful guy as well. Thank you brothers :)
