Beautiful detached house on an estate with a large garden and fruit trees, next to the river. It has a bedroom, a comfortable bathroom (and a 2nd outdoor one) and a living room-kitchen. It has modern household appliances (fridge, kitchen, washing machine, solar water heater). For the winter, there is a functional fireplace. Very close to a cafeteria, bakery, grill, mini market. Ideal for hunters, friends of sports in the river, but also for summer holidays, as the sea is just 20 km from the house.

The property is ideal for those who want to enjoy the sea and relax, but also for those who want to explore the islands, the mountains the rivers and historical sites on the mainland.
