In the small old fortress of Elburg lies this cozy lodging with many authentic details. On the first floor, the private entrance is the private entrance. You can also park your bikes there. On the first floor ( but old steep staircase😉) you will find a cozy living room with kitchen. Here is also the staircase to the loft where the sleeping area is. You have access to a private kitchen with a ( simple) cooking facility. The shore is at 50 meters and you have a fantastic view on the beautiful illuminated church tower

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

This unique home is built under architectural design and guidance. Rural location on the outskirts of forest and sand drift. Veluwemeer is within cycling distance. Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the surrounding area. Downstairs, everything is on the same floor. People with disabilities are welcomed as well. (Host assistance, is available due to availability. He is a nurse) Pets are not allowed (except for service dogs). No parties! No smoking in the house.
