Lovely quiet neighborhood with parks nearby and nice sidewalks for walking

James’s place was perfect for our extended stay while we searched for a home. The home has everything you need and the use of the garage was very helpful to us. There is a king sized bed which is very comfortable. AC kept us cool in the heat of the Sacramento summer. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and a gas range if you like to prepare meals. Internet is fast and worked well for WFH days. James is very responsive and makes sure to check in about supplies. Location is great for walking and exercise at the large nearby park. Neighborhood is very friendly with many families and feels safe. It is also in close driving distance or bike ride to the Sunday farmers market. The Sacramento natural food coop is also a close drive. You can also walk to some tasty restaurants in the neighborhood like Taco 65, Tokyo table and a few more.

Our home away from home! This home is complete with our needs, we couldn’t ask for more - full kitchen with oven, drinking water, ice, washer and dryer, coffee maker, and even a pool (which we weren’t able to use because it was always raining). It is spacious enough for two persons and cozy and safe. Eddie is also easy to connect with for questions and concerns. He allowed us to check in early! There was one issue during the stay that was immediately resolved. We also unintentionally left some belongings that Eddie messaged us that we can still pick up. For these we are grateful. We’ll definitely consider this home again in the future!

Betty’s Bungalow was peaceful and cozy with a great layout that made me feel at home. I found everything I could want from an AirBNB and even more!
