Dream home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large and architecturally valuable home, surrounded by a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just a 45-minute drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. Guests will have to pay the tourist tax at the time of check-in: €1 per person per day for a maximum of five days of stay, excluding children under 14 years of age. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically immersed in greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, excursions.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Renovated attic with independent entrance on the first floor of a single-family house with garden. It consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a private bathroom, a laundry room, a large living room with a TV, and a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a coffee machine, a fridge, and a microwave. The house is located in a quiet residential area near (150 m) a shopping center open 7 days a week and a road junction that facilitates connections in every direction.

At EZ Flower, we dedicated a flower to each room (Peonies, Irises, and Daffodils), inspired by the nature of the parks that decorates three of Italy's most beautiful villages: *Burovich Garden (Sesto al Reghena) *Villa Freschi/Piccolomini Park (Cordovado) *Palazzo Altan/Rota Garden (S. Vito al Tagliamento), of which the apartment is located at the center. EZ Flower has private parking and entrance. We hope our guests can relax and enjoy their stay.
