This is an entire home, which was listed in February 2023. This is a 4LDK (each bedroom is large, the house is bright and well-ventilated). It can accommodate up to 15 people (each photo is real and taken by me). This guest house is conveniently located in Tokyo, with easy access to the city centre. It is located near the Sumida River, where the Romantic Fireworks🎆 Festival is held on 25th July. There are many things to see and it is very close. You can see Skytree from the roof! There are Japanese-style hot springs nearby♨️, The property is close to Tokyo's most popular areas, Asakusa, Akihabara, Ueno and Skytree, with convenient transportation. It is within walking distance of Minowa Station and Minowa Bridge Station. My house is very clean and comfortable space, also complete with kitchen appliances. Full equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds for up to 6 adults ( One queen bed, one wild double size sofa bed and 2 single beds ). All rooms have air conditioner that can be used in all seasons. Dining table. Nice modern wash-let toilet and a big bathtub in shower room with a powerful shower. You will have the room all for yourself. It is NOT shared unlike many other airbnbs in Shinjuku area.
