Yanonoyu is a rustic hot spring inn located in the deepest part of the mountains in Okuhida. We don't have any fancy facilities, but we cherish nature, hot springs, and the warm taste of the mountain village. All baths are fed 100% by the source spring. You can enjoy the hot springs privately at any time, 24 hours a day. Accommodation includes dinner and breakfast. ■ Onsen There are 4 private open-air baths (2 in winter). No reservation is required, and you can use it as many times as you like if it is available. You may see white or brown floating matter in the open-air bath, This is a "Yu-no-hana" (hot spring mineral deposit) formed from the solidified hot spring components. Rest assured, it is a testament to nature, unique to the source flow. *There is no shower facility in the open-air bath. Please use the separate men's and women's public baths in the building for showers. ※ There is no bath or shower in the room. ■ Meals Dinner We offer a specialty, Hoba miso-yaki, using the local brand beef "Hida beef". This is a local dish unique to Hida. Guests staying for consecutive nights will be offered Hida beef shabu-shabu on the second day. Breakfast Japanese breakfast where you can enjoy the simple local flavours of Okuhida. You can also enjoy Hida's specialty "Hoba miso".

Located in the heart of Takayama City, Sumomo is conveniently located a 7-minute walk from the station, a 4-minute walk to the old town, and a 3-minute walk to the morning market. The most notable feature is the overwhelming openness of the 70 m² living room. The floor is on the 2nd floor, but the room is barrier-free with no steps. You can choose between 2 Western-style bedrooms and 1 Japanese-style tatami mat room. Breakfast is delivered every morning between 7 am and 8 am. There is a supermarket nearby, so you can buy ingredients and cook real food in the full kitchen. There is a private parking lot under the building, so you don't have to worry about snow in winter.
