A private rental accommodation facility, limited to one group per day, has opened along the coast near Shimonada Station in Iyo City, Ehime Prefecture. The beautiful, clear blue sky and sea stretch out before you as far as the eye can see.　A calm space created with plaster as the base. With a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea and the ocean right in front of you, on the ground floor, you can cook in the stylish kitchen while watching the sunset. On the second floor, you can create while watching the sunset from the terrace. There is one queen-size bed.　One Koala sofa bed that converts to a queen size bed. There is an Airweave double bed on the second floor. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. Breakfast includes natural yeast bread and Rodan coffee. The tableware is made by local artists such as Mustakibi and Ryusenkama. We use Iori towels from Imabari Towel.　The sheets are made of linen. If you need dinner, you can use the adjacent Shioji restaurant, which is for guests only. We provide free transport to and from the station. For breakfast, although simple, we provide some eggs from coffee, bread, butter and oniva farm. Hi there,Welcome to the Nishimura Residence.I’m Yuta Sugimoto, the host. The Nishimura Residence is a traditional Nara machiya townhouse over 110 years old.In 2019, I renovated ‘Grandma’s house’, where I spent a lot of time as a child, and opened it as an inn.As the Nara machiya has been preserved in its original state, it has many inconveniences and is not a luxurious hotel where everything is provided. 　Instead, I believe there is no better place than Naramachi to soak up the ‘comfortable rusticity’ that permeates the town.In the hope of helping guests ‘reflect and recover’ in an environment away from the hustle and bustle of the station area, we provide books in the room and a vegetarian breakfast.(Almost all of the books in the room are available for purchase.) 　Please spend this evening in the tranquil surroundings of the Nishimura residence and Naramachi, listening to the voice of your own heart.
