Saint-Mathurin, 10 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne, 8 minutes from the beautiful Sauveterre beach and 5 minutes from the Salt Marshes of the Île d'Olonne. A house full of charm with its exposed beams and garden. A large living room with open, fitted and equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. Parking is available in the yard or in front of the house. One bedroom with 140 bed and one bedroom with 160 and 80 bed Wi-Fi, Chromecast connected TV.
