Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Talpa de Allende

The space is much larger than what the pictures portray. It is two separate floors. Two bedrooms and a bathroom on what is the second floor. On the third floor there is a kitchen, large living room/dining room which has a door to a second patio. The master bedroom is large with a king bed. The beds are all comfortable. There is a second bathroom off the master bedroom. The wash machine is actually outside on a back patio. There is a line to hang dry. Overall we really enjoyed the space. It is a close walk to many places and it is about 15 minutes to walk to the beach.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. The ocean and jungle views are stunning (particularly from the living room and upstairs master suite). The house was easy to find. There’s an attendant at the gate 24/7 and the whole community felt very safe. The house itself was very comfortable and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The quality furniture and linens, ample towels (tons of clean bath and beach towels in the closet), filtered water dispenser and strong WiFi were all much appreciated. Vicky, the housekeeper, was sweet and welcoming and made us a delicious breakfast on our last day. Chef Carolina also cooked an amazing dinner for our group that we enjoyed while watching the sunset over the ocean and jungle. The location is a short Uber ride up from the Zona Romántica—walkable, though the hill is steep so better to Uber if you have a mixed group. Marianne was a helpful and responsive host. I hope to stay here again next time I’m in PV!

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

The stay couldnt have been more than what I imagined! Great place to stay with a team of staff that was readily available with whatever question or issue I had. The place looks even better than the photos. Comfy feeling the entire stay for even the times when we were too tired for the city it was a perfect nest for the whole family. Would definitely recommend!

Had a lovely stay! Perfect location for a large group/family. Private and safe. Marlene, Tony and their property manager, Jorge, were very responsive and proactive about any questions or issues. The house is beautiful and well-equipped (with a very clean and well-maintained grill!). A small, private beach is a short walk down the hill (with a nice amount of shade!) - there are beach chairs, an umbrella, small cooler, etc. at the house for you to use, which was thoughtful and helpful. The walk might be difficult for some, but my children (ages 2 and 5) were able to walk down without issue (the 2-year-old did need to be carried back up). Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

Margaret’s home was absolutely amazing! It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta as a family, and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and local shops. Carmen and her husband Fidel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They helped us book incredible activities and were always eager to assist with anything we needed. Carmen’s cooking was a highlight—every meal was delicious and made with so much care. The pool was a hit with the kids—they practically lived in it! We spent so much quality time together as a family by the pool, which made our trip even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

It was a good place! We had some inconveniences happened when on our stay but they responded quick! They did everything to fix the stuff for us. Very nice people!! I recommend their place!!

Overall, a great stay in a fantastic location! The area felt very safe, and the views were lovely, though they faced away from the main part of town and only captured part of the ocean. Our kids loved the shared bedroom with two twin beds, which we also appreciated for our sanity. The place was clean, and the cleaning service every other day helped keep it tidy. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar and were able to walk to nearly everything in town. Since so much was easily accessible, we never felt the need to stock the fridge or use the kitchen, but it’s available if needed. That said, it can get quite noisy at night due to the proximity to the action. A white noise machine or earplugs might be helpful for light sleepers.

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and restaurants. Super close to the airport as well which made traveling easier. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Where do I start? The place was modern and well decorated. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s peaceful with a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and the place I equipped with AC. Has all appliances and a French press to make coffee. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and ground level jacuzzi is wonderful. There is a washer and dryer on the spacious patio. Charlie is super responsive and was very helpful to us. We will be back. Thank you Charlie! Note. The place is up in the hills but there is a 15 minute path behind the house and taxis are $4usd into town. If you’re staying in the Puerto Vallarta area, don’t bother renting a car because you really don’t need it and it will be more expensive than your Uber rides for sure.

De lo mejor en alojamiento en Talpa de Allende. he asistido cada año a talpa durante 12 años aprox. y es el mejor lugar en el que me he hospedado. Las fotos no le hacen mucha justicia al departamento, es muy bonito, espacioso, limpio y hogareño. Apolonia y la encargada siempre dispuestas a resover cualquier duda o inconveniente que tengas a la brevedad. Me encantó que tengan estacionamiento propio las 24 h ya que muchas veces tienes que dejar tu auto en pensiones que cierran muy temprano y ante una emergencia te imposibilita moverte en él. Espero regresar el Próximo Año!
