Bedrooms have AC-s and ceiling fans, living room, kitchen and terrace have ceiling fans. A gorgeous swimming pool by the beach and the tropical dream view of the Indian Ocean few steps away!

The garden gate leads onto the Fort Ramparts , the lighthouse and beach below. The house is solar powered and not affected by power cuts.
