Nice team, they helped me everything even doing the laundry. Fast and flexible check in, nice neighborhood, a lot of good food, easy to walk around, convenient store downstairs, the room was clean everyday. 5/5 rating!

How wonderful to feel right at home in a lovely corner of D1. This relaxed area has local vibes, with great restaurants (vegan too!) and coffee shops a short walk away (including a great courtyard of coffee shops on the same street), and the river path just across the road - bring your running gear :D not many spots like this one to go for a run in HCMC! Felt safe, nice to be tucked away down the short alley and up on the 1st floor. Michel is very responsive and available to assist as he lives nearby and his staff are in the same building.

This place is exactly as described and in a great location. There are many good restaurants and coffee shops in such a short distance. very peaceful. Our host was so friendly and quick to respond to our enquiries during our stay. highly recommend!

We’ve been to Saigon many times and was looking for a place a bit out of the touristy part of town. We found a wonderful spot at Bac’s place. It is in an older building but redone so tastefully!. We loved staying there! There is everything you would need for a relaxing stay. A big plus is the 2X weekly cleaning and laundry service and the big 5 gallon water bottle! The location is on a fairly busy alley that has coffee shops just across the street and a couple doors down. Many restaurants in the neighborhood and a small, well stocked grocery store about 1.5 blocks away. The WiFi was good, there was very good lighting, and the air con did not blast you while in bed! The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and a great shower. Shower gel and shampoo were supplied. We never cooked in the kitchen but they had supplies if you wanted to. We never saw a single bug in 3 weeks! Oh, the 6th floor terrace was so nice in the evenings with the breezes. We would love to stay again!
