Located within the historic complex of Teguise, (Lanzarote's former capital and current cultural centre of the island) this charming, artistic, late nineteenth century courtyard-house, has been thoughtfully renovated preserving its original architectural features, combining tradition and modernity. Bright studio apartment overlooking the valley to the sea in cozy boho style, located on the heights above the coastal town of Arrieta . The bungalow has a large terrace protected from the wind, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a kitchen and a living-dining room completely open to the terrace, through a 7-meter-long window. The plot is 900 square meters. Many of the original 1960s furniture is preserved, with the intention of achieving an original and unique atmosphere. The 360º views are spectacular, both to the sea, to the Risco de Famara, and to the Jable plains.
