Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

David and Nathalie welcome you to the countryside in a warm and peaceful comfortable chalet within their Mediterranean villa with pool , close to all amenities. Children of the country, they will be able to guide and advise you so that your stay is as comfortable as possible. David, passionate, cycling and running enthusiast will advise you on multiple walking or cycling routes from the chalet. Children of the country, they will know how to guide you for your holidays

El Paller de Ca l 'Escrivà (Capmany, Alt Empordà)

House located in the center of the wine village of Capmany (Alt Empordà-Costa Brava). Located 14 kilometers from Figueres and 10 kilometers from the French border. It is also 25 kilometers from Costa Brava's beaches. From the village you can hold mountain bikes and hiking and follow megalithic routes. No big parties are allowed, but the barbecues are allowed with family and friends. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families, and large groups.

All have an outside balcony. Porch and garden. Pool open from May 25th to September.

This is a large (50 m2) studio with private entrance: one bedroom, a kitchenette with dining area and en suite bathroom . There is a double bed and a sofa bed for two. The studio is a part of a 500 years old Masia in Ullastret. A great starting point for walks and cycling to explore the nearby villages. There are restaurants, beaches and golf courses in the vicinity. Car recommended. Tourist tax included. Fee forcharging electric cars.
