Welcome to our spacious and cosy barn, located in the heart of the Pyrénées Ariégeoises Nature Park. Our little slice of paradise is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and will delight nature lovers. Hiking routes start right outside the door, leading into the beautiful surrounding forests and up to the peaks. Nearby: waterfalls, lakes, picturesque markets and villages, gourmet cuisine, mediaeval towns, prehistoric caves, and more. We will be delighted to provide you with the best advice for your stay. Shops in Massat 10 minutes away.

Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. There is a wood-burning stove for the winter. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

In local patois, a "sinsolle" is one of those little lizards that spend their time climbing the walls of old stone houses. By analogy, it is also the one for whom nap and chaise longue rhyme with beautiful and peaceful existence... You'll love the indoor comfort, the kitchen layout, the shaded courtyard that allows you to have lunch outside... and the easy access!

Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.
