On a blind side street between Holmbladsgade and Prags Boulevard, this unique apartment is located in the unique factory building Factory House. Here you get the feeling of your own private townhouse, as the apartment has its own entrance that leads you to the apartment's own courtyard and two terraces. On the ground floor is a small bedroom, bathroom and office. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom. The apartment will be your own little oasis in the middle of the city right by the Amagerbro Metro and cycling distance to the beach.

It can also be a little difficult to get up for some, I have found out :) Check-in is at 4 p.m., but many times, if the apartment is available, it can be earlier
