Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Have a great time with the whole family in our newly renovated villa apartment with its own garden. It's 800 metres from a lovely beach, and you can take the metro to the city centre. We have two boys of our own, aged 0 and 5, so there is everything a child needs in terms of practical items and toys – for both indoors and outdoors.
