At 10 mts from the beach, on the pedestrian seafront, “Mowita” flat has a stunning view on the sea. A little corner of paradise close to everything and at few steps from the sea... just relax and have the song of waves for lullaby! Free parking spots at 1 min walking, train station at 5 min walk (direct shuttle to the cruise ships) and the port at 10 min walk. Restaurants and bars are just downstairs but if you like something really special, try our Cooking Class or our Italian Family Dinner !

intera casa ideale per famiglie in ottima posizione centralissima a due passi dalle vie dello shopping. La zona è dotata di tutti i comfort con supermercato fornitissimo a 50 mt. Si raggiunge facilmente a piedi la stazione ferroviaria ed il porto. Nella zona cI sono ristoranti e locali dove poter degustare un buon aperitivo o un buon pasto di pesce. l'appartamento è di circa 100 mq ed ha a disposizione 1 cucina, 1 sala da pranzo con divano letto matrimoniale, 2 camere matrimoniali e 1 bagno.

Nice, comfortable and well-equipped studio at the ground floor of a villa, beside a wide garden with trees. Internal parking just in front of the studio. Quiet and residential neighbourood in Santa Marinella close to the sea. The nearest beach is 350 metres far. Rome is 60 Km away, and is easy to reach by train. The Santa Marinella station is 700 metres far from the studio, and the fastest trains bring you very close to the Vatican in 35 minutes, and to the centre of Rome in 45 minutes.

Lovely penthouse with large terrace overlooking the sea

Penthouse consisting of: large living room with open kitchen, a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, plus it is equipped with a dishwasher and coffee machine. Bedroom with French window overlooking the sea, a large wardrobe and a double bed. Wonderful 50-square-meter terrace with sea view and barbecue, a small house-storage room with washing machine. The penthouse is located 80 meters from the sea, with beach access, and ten minutes from the port and station.

Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
