I recommend it with all my heart! Erba is a quiet town, an ideal base for Lake Como or Milan. Anna's apartment is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It has everything you need for a normal life - the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine and a very comfortable bed! Fast internet is also a plus. The parking spot is behind the barrier, the neighbors are nice and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet, you can hear the trains passing by, but after the first day, it doesn't pay attention to them. Close to a bakery, a 10-minute walk away is a wonderful place for breakfast or coffee - Vago Café. The station is a 5-minute walk away. An apartment perfect for a couple as a starting point. We'll definitely be back!

We came as a family to enjoy Lake Como. Federica gave us a very nice welcome in a very nice functional apartment with a great view. Federica is attentive to her hosts and even thought of our comfort by giving us small touches that are a real plus (jams, pasta and tomato sauce,etc.). The apartment was impeccable, nothing to complain about cleanliness, it was perfect! Federica is responsive always ready to do us a favor and make our stay enjoyable. It is very well equipped and ideal for a family with 2 children. Very well located close to Lake Como and 30 minutes from Milan. Thanks to Federica for hosting us at the top! If we come back to the corners, we'll take back our home without a second thought. See you soon!

The perfect home! Before arriving, I was told everything in detail on how to get in and get to the house. dispose of them for everything; the only thing, turn on the heater with air conditioning that in the evening can start to get quite cold.

If you are looking for an Air BnB with character, then this place is for you! We enjoyed our stay here over Christmas and were able to cook with ease as the Kichen had everything you might need, even the knives were sharp- which is not often the case with bnb’s. We were 4 adults and a child and the place was a really good size. The location is great if you are looking to explore the lake but you definitely need a car.
