North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. Large old monastery first row by the sea - sauna, fireplace

The old nave « monastery » was built as the 8th house built in Ording and used to be a parsonage, school and poor house. It's been freshly restored. The house may be nice, but the location is even better. 150 meters from the official beach entrance, the best beach section and yet quite quiet. Large bedroom with bathroom, ship room with 4 alcoves and normal-sized beds, large sauna in private area and 2 more bathrooms, beach chair, fireplace, large garden. Let your mind wander…

The Melkmanns

Just before St. Peter Ording, in the middle of the small town of Garding, stands the MELKMANNS. It used to be a milk and grocery store – its owner drove across the country and delivered milk. Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.
