Sally and Kev are friendly hosts with a gorgeous spot right by the water. Plenty of room for our family of four, two bedrooms inside the cottage and a well appointed sleep-out. Amenities to meet all needs when staying away from home. Would fully recommend!

The house was high end with great floor plan. Very clean and well furnished. Having use of the internal garage was brilliant especially having a baby to unpack and when it was torrential rain. Added bonus was the beautiful clean spa. Needed that after climbing Mt Manaia! Would absolutely recommend this house

We loved our stay with Kathy and Bryon! The place was lovely, so clean and comfortable and they thought of everything! We especially appreciated the stocked pantry and fridge essentials. The area is beautiful. The beach is so close by and the town was a close drive away. We came with plans to go to the beach, hike, adventure etc but cyclone Tam had other plans. So we instead had the coziest, relaxing time while we hunkered down waiting for the rains and wind to pass. It was honestly just what we needed. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

They have skillfully used the inherent qualities of this place to produce something unique. Everything about this fully outfitted cottage--the private beach, meticulous cleanliness, the amazing bed, luxurious linens and towels, the multiple nearby hiking trails, the provided kayaks, and much, much more-- make this AirBnB beyond adequate description. Above all, their gracious and knowledgeable hospitality was the highlight of our stay. They seemed to know everyone and everything about the area. Not just Super Hosts, but a Super-Duper Hosts! We departed feeling relaxed, recharged, and privileged to have had the opportunity to be their guests. You will not regret booking their wonderful Bayhaven cottage.
