“This place has an amazing view! The pool is a beautiful refreshing oasis on a hot afternoon. We had three couples in our party so there was ample space. The kitchen is great for preparing any meals you want to make and they seemed to have anything we needed to uses while there. Filtered water was keep in stock from one of those 5 gallon coolers the whole time. Jayson was very attentive at fixing a minor issue we had with the pool and Litia was our point of contact on the island. She made sure we had everything we needed. She was there to pick us up when we arrived and made sure we had transportation back to Musket Cove when it was time to go. Malolo has so much to offer you from relaxing poolside, going snorkeling or just exploring by bicycle. The island hospitality we felt was incredible , we experienced very warm welcomes from everyone we met. You can literally ask any local something and if they don't know the answer the person standing next to them will. Tips for visitors: -Fiji is very humid in late February when we went. I come from the dry American southwest where we have 118 degree summers and I would rather have that than high humidity any day. Just warning those who haven't experienced that before. -If you want to make your trip even more affordable bring your own groceries on to the island. There is a small market that has everything you need but you pay a price for it. If you have time to stop at a market before you arrive at Port Denarau do it(small market at Port Denarau is even pricier than the market on Malolo). -Make sure your phone has service in Fiji, my phone had problems with the wifi at the house and if I would have purchased a sim card at the Airport it would have made for more reliable communication with our kids. -My wife didn't like that the pool was salt water, I didn't mind. She feels salt water drys out here skin. -Bedrooms have a nice cold a/c unit but common areas of the home don't have A/C so if outside temp is high and if there is no breeze it can be somewhat uncomfortable.”

“We had high expectations for our stay at Malolo Island, and we were not disappointed! The information and contact with Filipa in front of the stay was quick and accurate. The staff at Musket Cove was very friendly and helpful at all times. The house was privately located about 200 meters from the beach/restaurant/supermarket. The house was nice, clean and well equipped. The pool was ideal for cooling down while at the house. Our three kids (age 5, 6 and 9) enjoyed the pool very much! The Malolo Island itself, including the reefs and beaches, was outstanding. We can nothing but recommend this place, and would very much like to come back sometime!”
