Apartment 4 Enjoy relaxing days in our cozy apartment in Taxenbach. The 65 m² accommodation on the second floor sleeps up to 4 guests and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. From the apartment, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Please note: The two sleeping areas are separated by a curtain. For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

The apartment is located in the district of Schüttdorf/Zell am See in a quiet side street. A private parking space is right in front of the entrance. The entire living unit is on the ground floor, and a private front garden invites you to relax outdoors. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATM, bus station. Free ski bus to Kaprun is only 300 meters away. The new Areitbahn gondola with ski school is only 700 m away and is within walking distance.
