This cozy and quaint waterfront cottage is located in the heart of a quiet neighbourhood and overlooks beautiful Georgian Bay. There is private access to the water via dock, and a public beach a 5 minute walk away. Midland is a short 15 minute drive and offers a variety of restaurants and shops, as well as local attractions such as Sainte-Marie Among the Hurons and the Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre. Parking allows for 6 vehicles comfortably, and the wifi is excellent.

Our place is located on a quiet street that backs onto Little Lake. Access to Little Lake Park is close by where there is hiking trails, swimming, a restaurant, lawn bowling, rowing club, free tennis courts and a local disc golf course. We are a 15 minute walk to downtown with many great restaurants, shops, art gallery, theatre, library and the town docks. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
