The Cottage LtC ( lemon tree cottage)

This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

Unwind in this beautiful former and fully renovated pottery shop in Otane village - 3 minutes drive from the main highway (easy!). 25 minutes from Hastings, 40 minutes from Napier and only 30-40 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Hawkes Bay. Our place is fully self-contained. The beautiful original cobble stone floors, high ceilings with its rafters, french doors and modern interior create a light and warm loft-style feeling.

Dunray Cottage - Welcome to Havelock North

Enjoy staying at our newly built, beautiful cottage. There is so much to experience in Hawkes Bay and at the end of the day, relax and have a glass of wine on the large deck and enjoy a soak in the spa. We are 3km’s from the heart of Havelock North and in a semi-rural location; on the main arterial road into the village. The cottage is fully self-contained and on separate grounds to our main house, which is on the adjoining property. There is even room for a caravan (with external power point)

The cottage has all the charms of the original seaside bach but its fit-out is perfect for long summer days and nights and in the colder months as a warm and cosy retreat.

Reef Break Studio

A detached sleep-out across the road from the beach at Te Awanga, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A spacious studio with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed (for two children or one adult), dining table, flatscreen TV, wifi, and continental breakfast. A cot is available. The kitchen contains a microwave, bench-top oven, cooking elements and a fridge. The bathroom has a decent-sized shower with good water pressure and gas-heated hot water. Only 15-20 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings.

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley and relax in the natural spring water hot tub. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast pack for the first day.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Pointbreak Studio

Beachfront studio( standalone) situated in front of surf break in Te Awanga. Open plan studio with decks both sides, bbq, newly renovated upstairs with a full kitchen all linen supplied . Separate bathroom below accessed from outside.( for your own private use) A quick walk to wineries, cafe and coffee shop ,a bike hire near by, safe swimming ,fishing and & surfing.
